Start > Control Panel > Devices and printers

 

Right click the printer and go to Printer Properties

 

Select the Ports(1) tab and then Configure Port (2)

 

Un-check both boxes here (3).

WorkCentre 3335 problems

I have problems with my printer, sometimes not want to print! In the windows print state state appears: Offline - online - offine - online. I have to turn the printer off and on again, then start printing the pending jobs. I try change the cable cat 5 (printer -> router), but not resolve.
