It sounds like you are trying to connect via WiFi Direct, which windows does not support.

In short, install it manually and don't pick it in the list.

To negate this in the future, Assuming there are no Android users that will be using the WiFi Direct feature, you can just disable it in CWIS (Windows/Mac and iOS can't use it)

When I try to connect my new WorkCentre 3345 to Windows 10, Windows asks for a WPS pin number that should be on my machine or in the documentation.  I cannot find it.  Can someone help?
