We are a Xerox partner in Argentina, and we are installing WC3615 and Phaser 3610 on a client with JDE Enterprise One, in a remote location.

We also installed in the machines the accesorie 497K13650 so we can upload the barcode fonts needed.

The problem is that when they try to print the report, the printer prints out the data and not the barcode. The customer is replacing HP 4355, that has no problem at all. Any suggestions?
