I have duplex printing enabled. On every print I'm being instructed to 'Clear the Jam in the Print Engine'. However, when I open the right door, I do not see any paper jam. I do notice that the printout does not completely exit the printer. I have to pull on it a bit to remove it from the printer. An ideas?
