Try to replace the fuser.
We replaced the roller and it has no effect on the dark streaks on the sides of the printed pages.
Now the printer is jamming at this location below the fuser - pelase see attached. What part can we try cleaning or replacing for this paper jamming issue?
Yes
Would replacing the transfer roller help remove the streaks on the sides of the pages?

Our printer still occasionally jams but recently started putting dark streaks down the sides of every page. I think the component responsible is affixed to the door that we open to remove paper jams. Please find the photo of the part attached. What is the name of the part, and where can I buy a new one?
Ok. It looks like to be a mechanical/electrical problem. It is possible to be an defective clutch or sensor, so it will be better to have a tech to closer look at your printer.
This is what the paper jam looks like, see the "accordion" fold and how it is under the fuser. What part is the likely cause? See my previous post about the sensor, I don't know where any sensor is or what they look like.
What does the exit fuser sensor look like, and where in the machine is it?
What is the procedure for checking it by hand? The fuser is hot - don't want to burn myself.
Note: the paper is getting accordion-folded and jamming before it enters the fuser.
Check by hand if exit fuser sensor is not stucking.
From the last 40 error messages I have many entries of:
8 - 100 Jam1
Then 1-100 because I open the door to clear the jam.
Sometimes there is
8 - 620 Duplex Jam2
But more often we have Jam1
The 'All Faults' list is totally empty.
