Please contact your local support centre and ask to speak with someone in second level, they may be able to reproduce the problem. You or the customer will need to make arrangements with them to send the file so it can be tested. I cannot personally try to reproduce the issue because I do not have a WorkCentre 5050 here at my location, but the support centre will have that access.
I will make that suggestion, however would it be possible for you to try and reproduce the issue? I'd love to try this on my end but I simply don't have a WorkCentre 5050 to work with.

I have a customer using a Xerox WorkCentre 5050 printer to print their 11x17 drawings from our product, DraftSight. The customer states that when they print their test drawing using this particular Xerox printer, it prints 1/32" short to which I was not able to reproduce using a post script file, PLT file, or PDF file. I basically cannot reproduce the issue and do not have the same printer to verify. They are using the latest drivers for WorkCentre 5050 version 5.273.23.1N 2012.09.21. I have reported the issue to our development team to investigate but I would also like to get some insight from Xerox Support about this. Should I have the customer contact Xerox Support to further investigate?
