Try going under the print driver properties, selecting the advanced tab and then at the bottom select Printing Defaults. Once you have the Printing Defaults dialog open go over the the Advanced tab and look for a setting about Advanced Features - it will be enabled. Disable this option and press the Ok/Apply button to save all settings. Close out of all windows and try printing your document again to see if that doesn't fix the issue.
Also note - before making those changes you should close out all applications!
