Recently, our WorkCentre 6015 NI began to print out faded black text.
After a few printing jobs and despite the fact the black toner was replaced moments beforehand, the printer now refuses to print stating that the toner is now empty and needs to be replaced.
Additional Information: The printer is connected to a router via an ethernet cable. The computer being used to print is running on Windows 7 Home Premium.
Do this and give the toner a shake while it is out.
I have followed the cleaning procedure and shook the toner.
After turning on the printer, however, it immediately returned an error message with the code 093-933 and text "Replace black cartridge".
I also noticed that it did not perform the usual adjusting procedure after replacing the toners.
Is this a defective toner or is something amiss?
Possibly, While the link I am placing here is not the same model, and may not apply to yours at all, it does tend to work on many of the smaller devices, and costs nothing to try, so take a look at this post
