Hi, Nick!

Try cleaning the LED windows, have a look HERE for instructions.

Toner probably fell down on the windows when cleaning the machine.

Dear forum,

My name is Nikos. I work in a company where we have 4 Xerox printers. 2 Phaser 3250 and 2 workcentre 6015.

The one workcentre 6015 had problem with the black toner. The printed page had marks of the "fine powder" that's in the toner. So I took the printer and clean it with compressed air.

After that the initial problem was reduced but as you can see of the attached image below another problem appeared that I don't know how to fix... The printed pages have 2 lines always on the same place that are not printed clear. Like a something is infront of the heated fuser and blocks the powder. Is there anyway to clean it if I am right? Is there any troubleshooting for this kind of troubles?

Can anyone help? Please.
