Hi Skip,
Thanks for the feedback. You describe the normal workflow, and I understand how that works. However, the problem I have is that the status "075-921: Press the Set button" is NOT cleared when the two-sided print job has finished. Please see my original post for a more detailed description.
Hi jpg
You are correct about the error message.
Solutions for : Fault Code 075-921: Insert Output to Tray Press OK to Continue Printing Message Waiting for OK Key to be Pressed After Setting Side 2 for Manual Duplex Print.
Remove the Paper From the Output Tray, Turn it Over, Place it Back in the Paper Tray, and Then Press the [OK] Button.
The status message should clear, after the print job has completed.

Yes, I have firmware version 01.00.25 installed, and the only version that is available for download from http://www.support.xerox.com is 01.00.23.
I have just installed a Xerox WorkCentre 6015NI MFP. I have used the integrated web server (CentreWare Internet Services) on the 6015NI to configure the machine, and although printing and scanning works fine I have the following problem: Two-sided printing (which is manual on the 6015NI) always seems to leave the printer with the error status "075-921: Press the Set button". This is not visible on the printer itself (which continues to function normally), but shows up on the CentreWare status page for the printer and also generates email alerts to the SysAdmin address I have defined.
I guess the status 075-921 is originally a valid alert to re-insert the printed pages and press OK (the printer does not have a Set button) to print the other sides of the paper, but of course the status should be cleared when OK has been pressed and the two-sided print job has finished.
Pressing the OK button again does not help. The only workaround I have found is to restart the printer. It seems like a firmware bug. Has anybody else seen this, and is there a solution? Although it is mostly a cosmetic problem, the email alerts and the red error message on the printer status page are an annoying distraction.
