In March of 2017 I bought workcentre 6027, and new cartridges, everything was fine, until a month later the error 093-919 yellow cartridge appeared, I naively bought another yellow cartridge, I replaced it because I thought the first one was bad, but the error did not disappear
a technician went to my house three times, he did not know what was happening, they decided that they should replace the printer, so they sent me a refurbished.
everything was fine, buy cartridges to have them in stock, and suddenly the famous error 093-919 appears, change the cartridge, restart the machine printed the test sheets, all good, two days passed and again the error 093-919.
Speak to technical support, download the firmware, restart the machine and it does not work, the error does not disappear.
The final answer was that my warranty expired 15 days ago, and that they can not do anything.
I mean ... they sold me a defective printer, and they tell me my warranty is over? I am very disappointed, with all the money spent on cartridges I could have bought 3 printers,
I will never trust XEROX again
