Re: WorkCentre 6505 Persistent paperjam

Hi..  I am having the same issue.  I just ordered the parts as per your suggestion.  Do you have instructions or link to instructions on how to replace these parts?  (for someone who isn't that fluent with hardware, but nonetheless loves his 6505)

Re: WorkCentre 6505 Persistent paperjam

Hi,

Sorry! My mistake! The correct part no. is 059K60140 (1 piece per tray). I looked in 6515 service manual.

According to the product code you proposed is for the following printers;

Are you sure they are compatible with my WorkCentre 6505DN?

Also, do I need this item as well?

Thanks for your replies!

Tehre are 2 pieces per tray and if you cannot buy from a local service provider try over the net (ebay...).

Re: WorkCentre 6505 Persistent paperjam

Thank you Gabi.

Could you tell me how many of those kits I'd need (859K00100) for the whole machine?

Also, could you tell me where I could order them, because the Xerox supplies search engine can not find that item (859K00100). Preferable Belgium or Europe, but if needed anywhere really.

Re: WorkCentre 6505 Persistent paperjam

Hi,

There is a Kit Feed And Separator Roll (607K00051), but if you replaced the separator roll, you can order just the feed roll *2pieces (859K00100).

WorkCentre 6505 Persistent paperjam

Product Name: WorkCentre 6505
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

My WorkCentre 6505DN (has duplexing unit) keeps jamming up paper. Most of the times it's on the bottom tray.
I already replaced the separator rolls ( 675K81222 ) but the problem is still not solved.
I cleaned the tray (and rollers) as much as possible, but I think the pickup rollers and/or other rollers also need to be replaced. Can those be ordered? My printer has only 1068 pages so yes it's old(er), but except for rubber parts it should not have worn out. Is there some kind of maintenance kit?
