We will try one of those steps when it happens again.

Otherwise contact our supplier before the warranty is over since we just bought this unit last year.

Our 6505N that is just less then a year old prints and adds colored lanes horizontal on 9 pages last Monday ,  after it was printing fine before that day.  After that this happens it also just prints normal again.

This happened twice now and both times on Monday.

All came from one user but that user is allmost the only one printing on a regular base on that printer.

Drivers are installed on a new windows 7 PC , i used the CD that came with the printer.

See pictures below.. what can this be ?  Please help us ........
