How can I get my printer free from streaks? I have already done the basic cleaning recommended in the manual (cleaning the feed rolers & LED lenses). I wanted to clean the developer and transfer unit as stated in the manual but the instructions direct me to options that do not exist on my printer panel nor in computer settings for the printer.
To be specific, 'Machine Status', 'Transfer Voltage Adjustment', 'Fuser Temperature Adjustment' and 'Altitude Adjustment' do not exist in my support menu. Any strategies you can suggest are welcome!! Thanks.
