Apparently the 6515 is totally incapable of Accounting in general, So I miss spoke, it seems it cannot be done.
I apologize for supplying the incorrect information.
Anything printed from the webpage will just show web user, nothing more.
Anything LDAP shouldn't show, the printer in that case only asks the server for a "Can print" or "Can't print" response, it doesn't at all care about who, only the can/can't.
Xerox Standard Accounting is the only thing I know that will track the "who", but that would be done via the Accounting report, not the webpage
Thank you for your help. File names are not interesting for me. I only need the usernames.
In my case printing is ONLY allowed using the web interface or directly at the printer (printing protocols like LPD, IPP etc. are disabled).
The printer is connected to an LDAP. Thus, only users with a valid LDAP entry are allowed to login.
Is it possible to see the username, for example, if the user is printing using the web interface (has to be logged in, since guest printing is disabled)?
The job names themselves are enabled/hidden here in EWS
As for the submitter, that comes from the port of the driver, RAW will show Unknown and LPR ports will show the PC's Logged in user.
There is no way to make it display an XSA account, that information is not included in the protocol (LPD/RAW/IPP etc)
I am logged in as a admin user but I cannot see the UserIDs / Usernames of the completed print jobs in the "Jobs" overview. How can I activate this? I would like to see the owners of the completed print jobs.
Right now it looks like this: censored by asterisks.
