WorkCentre 6515 excluding a color from printing

It was printing fine and then for no apparent reason, it stopped including cyan ink in printing. The cartridge is nearly full and no prompts to change or that it is an unacceptable cartridge.

I searched our online knowledge base for missing colors and found an article for cleaning the color density senor for you try and resolve this issue. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-8 00-835-6100
