I have a brand new WorkCentre and all of my prints have vertical lines. Is something like this covered by Xerox Warranty?
I have run the Developer & Transfer Roller Cleaning function on the printer, but no change in prints.
I examined the transfer roller (I think?) and it has the same black lines on it. What is the fix for this if anyone knows? Surely this should not be happening on a brand new printer?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this article about Vertical Black Lines and Streaks. If the suggestions there do not help then please contact support and request service under the warranty for a brand new devices.
We also have the exact same problem with a brand new machine. Xerox technician changed almost every part of the printer, including drums, transfer belt, print cartridges... this seems to be a mysterious and unsolvable problem...
We've got a brand new 6515 with a solid black line (prints heavy on one side and lighter on the reverse but still quite noticeable). We've also tried checking the various parts but can't see anything obvious. We think it is the LED module. We've tried cleaning it and an inspection but there is nothing visibly wrong with it.
