Yes I would like to know this as well. We have a WorkCentre 7775 and on it you can change the default from Color to Black and White. I can not find how to do this on the 7120 though... I have looked through the Web interface...

But I can't force a no color printing from the printer it self?
If installed thru a print server you can centerally manage your printers. Your best bet would be to setup Xerox Standard Accounting or visit each computer to disable the color setting.

How do I disable color printing on a WorkCentre 7120 from the web interface. I have disabled it via the print driver but I don't want to have to go around and reinstall everyones print driver.
