Cleaning the ROS windows seems to have worked. Thanks for all of the help offered.
Cleaning the 'windows' under each imaging unit should fix it. If not then replace the imaging unit for cyan.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for faded or streaks on prints. If the solutions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We purchased an older 7120 for a non-profit copy center and it now is streaking across the top of pages (see attached).
It's more noticeable on the cyan print, but it does go through the other colors as well.
Any suggestions?
