You need to call your sales person
You would have to go through the sales person to have them look up the code you used, verify it hasn't been authorized on anything and de-validate it, then provide a new code.
I have Workcentr 7225i and Adobe PostScript3 Kit. Unfortunately when registering code in xerox reg. page, I made a typo ( entered 9 chars instead of 10) in serial number so now I can't use this option and can't print from USB ( wery important for me). It is any way to eg. re-register this code?
