Problem solved
Like i said. It was developer on magenta. There was old lack toner on metal strip inside developer.
I desembled machine, cleananed developer housing and sieved a toner with fine sieve.
Two time asembled machine. One of developers i did not properly installed. This i saw when drum was not go to the right position.
Now print like new :)
Thanks for tips and help.
Have a nice days and prints!
Most likely its the magenta developer housing. Also maybe the magenta drum not latching down properly.
Not sure, I am much more software orientated, belt cleaner may be worth looking at.
Hello Joe053204-xrx!
Thanks for reply.
I changed the drums, and missing color is stil on magenta. The fuser is OK, because i see this missing color line on the belt, i changed belt too. I think it is problem with window or with developer.
What do you think or sugest?
Thanks!
Should I assume the yellow line is not supposed to be there?
If so , that would imply Magenta is not being laid down (as you already guessed) and since other colors are not affected it can't be the Fuser, and it isn't the toner because it lays everywhere else, so it is the drum itself or the laser window.
Realistically, you should be able to see the line on the drum (replace if you do), if you can't, clean the laser window
You can also swap the drums and see if after about 20 pages the line moves to the color you swapped with, that would prove the drum itself is the cause
