It isn't me on the other forum, I would suggest asking the person who posted that quote on the other forum.
So since I have swapped drums and toner it is most likley I will have to replace the developer and developer housing?
also, "is caused by collapsed dev, really common problem with 72xx and 73xx, i changed countless devs on these machines while working for xerox, theres a set of nvms and software to upload to stop the problem from re-occuring"
Could that apply? If so how to I upload the software to keep this from happening again?
Thanks!
That design will definitely appear on the affected part, look to the fuser and Belt and Belt cleaner, find the one damaged in that pattern and replace.
What you are seeing though is typically referenced as Barber pole, and is usually the drum.
The developer may be at cause as well, so reference from here too.
My WC7345 is having issues with color prints, this happens on prints or scans only in color. It does not seem to be all colors, yellow seems fine. I have attached a picture, magenta does it as well. I have tried chaning out all toners and replacing drums. I get no change. Moving drum issue does not follow stays with the color.
