Also check in CWIS that BW is not set as a default, as that option often has a compatibility issue that makes it a "Policy" as in many drivers will no longer honor color settings at all when enabled.
Hi, just installed Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6 version 5.433.6.0N, and we're unable to print color now. When I go to "Image Options" tab under Printing Preferences, my only option there is "Xerox Black and White Conversion". But whether I have it checked or unchecked, the document still prints black and white. Any suggestions?
