Thank you! This worked.
Okay... looks that this did the trick. Thanks a ton!
Thank you both for your quickly reply! I just did the adjustments as you mentioned, will wait a day or two and if works will be a pleasure mark as the answer :)
Thanks again!
You can also disable it in tools from the machines ui. Login as admin then go to machine status, tools and look around in there for it. You may have to turn it on, reboot then turn it off as Joe mentioned.
in CWIS turn the banner sheet on, then reboot, then back off, then reboot.
It is a known issue with some machines where the setting corrupts when the firmware is updated.
Hi,
I have a Workcentre 7535 and since I updated the firmware to version 061.121.224.18803, users started complain about Banner Sheet (Job ID) on their print jobs.
I disabled it on the Centreware Internet Services (which was already and set to NO for allow Driver to override), and unfortunately I checked a computer printer preferences for the shared printer and is listed on Advanced Tab > Paper Output > Job ID - Print ID on a Banner page.
Even changing to Disable Job ID it keeps happening from time by time.
I'm wondering if is there a way to change this setting and apply for all my users in the network as I don't want to go from computer to computer and change this settings that the firmware "supressed".
Thanks in advance.
