WorkCentre 7545 blotchy printing.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Our WorkCentre 7545 prints a blotchy shape (specifically in dark blue). The shape varies with each print, and we've only noticed it on tabloid sheets. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about:

I've tried calibrating. Are there other steps I can take?
