With so many possibilities it would be helpful to understand what has been tried, and did not work.

Here are some additional questions that could help narrow down and isolate the cause.

  • Has this ever worked or did it recently stop?
  • Does this have a separate Fiery DFE

WorkCentre 7545 will not scan to email

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a WC 7545 device that will not scan to email.  It is printing out a "scan failure" sheet and displaying a message saying the SMTP server is unavailable.  I compared the SMTP settings to a 5775 machine that is able to scan to email and they appear to be please??
