WorkCentre 7556 Goes Offline

Hi there,

 

I have a WorkCentre 7556 that has just this past week perpetually started going offline.  We did recently run a firmware update...the current firmware is 061.121.224.18803.  Wondering if that messed something up?  I see that this has been a common problem on this forum, but wanted to start a more current conversation.  Does anyone have a solution for this?
