I have a 7845 with a Fiery running Mac (Yosemity). I have the Fiery runnung but can I also have the built-in controller

Heya!

Its actually a bug, and its rather easy to get past.

When you go to print & fax -> select the correct printer -> options and supplies -> drivers.

Here you can choose finisher

Select the "Office finisher LX" and under hole punch select "2 to 4 hole" ..

After this you can select the professional finisher :)

We have just brought in a WorkCentre 7556 with all the bangs and whistles. However, when we installed the OS10.6.8-compatible printer driver and went to finish our settings, it leaves the "Professional Finisher" option grayed-out.

We then saw that there was a 10.6.8 "fix" available through Xerox. We have installed this, but to no avail. The Professional Finisher option is selectable and works fine on other machines here that are running 10.6 and 10.7, but my lone Snow Leopard OS doesn't seem to be communicating properly.

Any help?
