I would agree with Kamzi. Being that your Xerox decvice is a color unit I would recommened switching to the PS driver unless you have a special requipment for PCL6.

Hey!

I'm not sure exactly whats causing this problem, though its a PCL6 problem and usually has to do with fonts. Which means you can try changing truetypefont in the advanced menu(under printing preferences) to "download as softfont"

and truetypefont download option to "download as bitmap"

If Advanced Print Features is not needed you can keep it as is.

You could also try updating the driver, change to PCL5 or the PS driver if the printer has support for it.

Hello!

Our Win7 Users are unable to print more than 2 pages of a multi-page word document. After the second page, we receive a PCL XL error that states the following:

Subsystem: TEXT

Error: InternalError 0x50

Operator: Text

Position: 3884

We were able to workaround this by disabling Advance Print Features, but would like to know what the source of the problem is.

The WorkCentre in question is on a Win 2k3 Print Server.
