Re: WorkCentre 7835 Secure Print

I do not see the @PJL SET HOLD command in that document but just found it within another document for a versalink series.

Does the @PJL SET HOLD command work with the Workcentre 7830 model?

Re: WorkCentre 7835 Secure Print

Hi CNI,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. You can take a look at the PDL Reference Guide for those commands.  If you do not find what you need in the document please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

WorkCentre 7835 Secure Print

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

We are a software company and one of our programs print out a form using PCL commands. When the user prints out this form to the 7830 it does not hold the document until they enter the secure PIN.  The end user has selected the secure print option.  Any other reports will stay in the queue until they select them and enter their PIN, but they are not using PCL commands.

The program initiates the printer and sets it to landscape as the form is to be printed landscape.  What are the PCL commands we need to send to printer for it to retain the secure print option or to initiate it?

Thanks
