Hello joelk,
I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Software Specialist for more assistance with printing margins from windows 10. Please call 1-800-821-2797
I have an A3 pdf document with very narrow margins. When I print it from a Windows 7 machine (Adobe Reader 2022.001.20117, Xerox WorkCentre 7845 driver 5.433.16.0N 2015.11.12: print actual scale; choose paper source by PDF page size; auto orientation) it prints closer than 2 mm from the edge of the paper. When I print exactly the same pdf from a Windows 10 machine using the same printing settings (Adobe Reader 2022.001.20117, Xerox Print Experience 6.0, Xerox WorkCentre 7845, app version 7.250.9.0, driver version 6.159.10.0) it prints only up to 6 mm from the edge of the paper and the part of the image that is closer to the edge is missing.
How can I adjust the print margins in the Windows 10 machine? I have looked in the printing preferences but did not find a place for that. There is advanced->image->margins setting which can be Standard or None, but changing that setting did not have any effect and in the Windows 7 machine which prints much closer to the edge of the paper this option is set to Standard. Clearly the printer itself is capable of printing closer than 6 mm from the edge of the paper and it must be the Windows 10 driver or app that removes part of the image and creates a 6 mm white margin.
