Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please uninstall the print driver using the instructions in this solution.  Then download and install again.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

WorkCentre PE16e driver

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello, I have a problem with installation PE16e Windows XP driver. 

I downloaded driver from website (link), but its not work. \

During installation requires file "xrxR2.dll", but I see only "xrxR1" in the folder with driver.

Help me please.. where i can find this driver? thanks

(and sorry for my English)
