you can try the global driver , and then configure in the options of the driver as model "xerox workcentre" or "basic printing"

Or you can always try to use a generic driver supplies with microsoft instead of the xerox driver

I tried, but with no success. I even tried to install the Document Centre driver on an XP machine - it did not work from there either. Is there anything else you think I could try?

It's a WorkCentre, not a Document Centre. Do you think a Document Centre driver would work?

is it a 420 ST? you can download those drivers fromd the drivers and download section...

Hi all,

I have a Xerox WorkCentre Pro 420, with a parallel port on the side. I have used it from three computers running Win XP (used a small network print server), but now one is gone and substituted by a Vista one. What drivers do I install on the Vista to make it work with the printer?
