Re: WorkCentre Pro C3545 Printing Issue

If the problem is only with one PC and all others are ok,I would suggest you to start with a reinstalation of the print driver. Install it locally, instead of choosing "Network Printer" from the instalation wizard.

Here are some links to help.

Unistall print driver 1

Unistall print driver 2

Re: WorkCentre Pro C3545 Printing Issue

Yes this is only happening from one pc.  The printer is a network printer, and everytime we attempt to print we made sure that both document size and paper size were both legal without scaling.

Hello, Is this happening only from one pc? Which method was used to install the printer, local or VIA server? Can you try printing forcing the output paper tray that contains legal. Also if the original document is legal make sure the output paper size is also legal without any scaling.

WorkCentre Pro C3545 Printing Issue

Product Name: WorkCentre Pro C3545

I'm having an interesting issue with my printer.  One of the computers, which can find the printer and prints fine on normal paper, does not print correctly on legal size.  The printer has legal size paper in it, and it has legal size available as an option, but it doesn't print the document sent, and instead prints a Xerox WorkCentre Pro C3545 Configuration Report.
