WorkCentre7556 not stapling PDF sets

wish I had a solution for you.  I just got a 7556 and have been having considerable grief printing a booklet.  It was created in coreldraw.  Printer driver won't transfer the document proportionatly to print as a 5.5 x 8.5 " booklet.  Using other settings I can get it to print the pages in the right order by selecting each page individually in the page numbers to print sections, but it won't fold and staple the document.  do you happen to know if the 7556 will print on 12 x 12 paper?

We have a Work Centre 7556 that we got in January.  When we print a booklet from a PDF file and tell it to staple, it works.  When we print multiple sets of the same booklet and tell it to staple, it staples all of them together.  Customer service says it's a known issue with Adobe, starting with Adobe 8, but why only when you print multiple sets?  We had a Work Centre Pro 55 (?) before we got this one and it worked fine.  Any ideas?
