I have a Workcenter 3215 connected via USB to my PC, which I'm dual-booting a PC between Linux and Windows 10. This printer works like a champ under Linux. Windows 10, however, is a different story.
The problem seems to be in the print queue. Most, if not all, of the time when I boot into Windows 10 documents won't print. When submitting a document for printing, the printer wakes up and then does nothing. A test page (Windows default test page) always works, unless I freeze the queue by submitting something prior to the test page. I can't even delete the job.
Rebooting the PC frees up the queue and everything in there prints (including the job I tried to delete), and then I seem to be able to print freely.
I had this problem with the drivers I initially installed(V3), so I removed them and installed the other set of drivers available (V4) on the support website. There was no difference. How can this be fixed?
