Workcenter 3345 paper size missmatch in manual tray

Then we have to isolate the problem is it from the PC side by or from the printer side

SO

Try to print A4 paper rather than envelopes is it printing fine ?
If yes then the envelope settings is not correct
If No then it could be hardware issue or the settings again is not correct”mismatched “

So I’ll ask you then to make a copy of paper - not a print - and select the Bypass Tray to feed the paper from .

If this done smoothly then definitely it is from the PC side or the settings on the tray is not matching what in the driver

If not then you have a hardware issue in your bypass tray , it could be the paper guides or the Feed Sensor or the mainboard .

all theese control have been done and it does'nt work
Is there a possibility of getting reed of these control?
For my use, they are borring

mismatch is not only for size ,it could be for the paper Type and for the paer color too!

make sure the settings are same 

make sure that you configured the width and the height correctly in both "PC,printer"

and also check the settings on the word too

Since a copple of day, the printer does not work wth the manual tray

Error message 03-450 paper mismatch

I use this mainly for printing envelops from word

The size in word and in the printer are the same

I have disinstalled the printer and the drivers, and re install from scratch with no success

Can you help me
