Workcenter 7120 - Prints only Black and White (on Mac)

What driver and driver version are you using on your Mac?

I am using the Mac OS X Universal Binary print driver 2.32 with our 7120 and it works nicely.

Yup!

The page comes up. Funny enough, I can print from it. And it prints in color.

Still, my man concern isn't even if it prints on the network anymore, I'm close enough to it to remain connected by USB. I really need to figure out why it refuses to print color.

Any ideas on that?

If you type the IP address of your 7120 into your browser(Safari, Explorer, etc.), does the Centreware page for it come up?(You will need to take it off of USB and connect to your network again to try this).

I've been having a very tough time getting the Workcenter to work with my Mac.

First, it won't connect to it through the network (it doesn't find it) even when I manually type in the IP. I managed to at least deal for now by connecting it through USB.

Second, and more seriously, for some reason it only prints black and white. No settings were touched, and in print preview everything is very cleary in color.

I've tried printing to other printers in the office and everything runs smoothly. This printer is a complete waste of time!

Does anyone have any idea why it would only print black and white?

I'd appreciate any advice you can give.
