Re: Workcenter 7232 problem

Sounds like a protocol error.

Delete the printers you currently have loaded to this device. Then do a full manual install. If the driver was the issue, it would have the same problem in other versions of Windows.

I highly suggest doing a manual install though, because Windows 10 likes to do what it wants, but at the very least, make sure you select The Printer I want wasn't listed

And do not allow MS to query the printer, it will use an MS driver and nothing will be right, just browse to the folder created by the driver installer under C:\Xerox

Workcenter 7232 problem

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have aquired a new pc with windows 10 operating system and installed the global windows 10 driver for xerox 7232.

Sometimes it stops printing, especially when sending A3 documents and i have to restart the print spooler to make it work again.

The print job stays in windows 10 queue and i get a user intervention required message, but nothing appears in 7232's screen.

After i restart the print spooler and press print it starts working properly.

I tried installing the PS and PCL driver for windows 10, but that only makes things worse.

Whenever I send a print job , i get a succesfull print message from windows, but nothing appears in the printer.
