Hey all, I have a user that seems to be having issues with this printer. Anytime she loads heavy/extra heavy paper, it printes fine for about 15 copies, and then starts jaming every 1-2 succesful prints. It doesn't really "jam" anywhere though. It pickes up the paper and feeds it about 1-2 inches and then just stops. The first time it happened, she just dealt with it until it had printed out the rest of her job. This time though, it deleted her job with error code 22-319-04. Now she can't seem to get it working with the heavier paper at all. I've checked her local print settings, and the settings on the tray, and they are all uniform with the paper type. Do you guys think this might be a mechanical issue with the paper feeder, or a software issues calling it jammed when it's not? I ran a search for this error code and found a similiar error code that was said to be a firmware issue.
Apologies if I'm missing documentation for the error code, but I wasn't able to find anything.
