Workcenter 7775 Keeps Prompting for Initial Setup/Confirmation at LCD Panel

Thanks, Joe.  I was thinking it was something like a CR 2032, but this battery was a different style.  It's been replaced and holding the memory again.

I have a client who keeps having a number of issues with a Workcenter 7775. The LCD panel seems to regularly prompt him to confirm the basic copier settings, like they aren't being saved or retained.    He's had some paper jams at the finisher and has mentioned he needs to confirm everything again once the jam is cleared.  Anyone have any good input?
