Workcenter Pro 245 Firmware Upgrade

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

District has a Workcentre 245 Pro with Software version 13.70.8.0. I'd like to upgrade to the current 14.60.22.000. The notes for the latest fw say I need 14.27.24.000 or later. I can't find this version anywhere.
