I am using windows 7, office 2007.

The Xerox is networked
All functions are fine except the tray 5 envelope issue.

current drivers on my pc is current from the xerox website: GPD, GPD PCL6, GPD PS

Not sure which driver to use since they all work for printing, just not the bypass tray.

I confirm the envelope at the printer, (Push the required 2 buttons and select envelope and then confirm) The driver at my pc shows not confirmed.

24-747 is a print instruction error (not much use I understand)

Could you tell me the OS your using? and your driver version? then I can try to simulate it on our 5225 and possible see were it goes wrong

I am having issues with the 5225 envelope printing in Tray 5 bypass. It recognizes and confirms Envelope #10 but when I try to print out of Word 2007 I get the error 024-747 or it just cancels the print with no error. I looked at the printer properties and Tray 5 shows envelope but "unconfirmed". I have tried the newest drivers and still not able to print envelopes on the bypass tray. I have followed setup instructions on this forum for Word 2007 also.
