I am not really sure how you got to that screen in your screenshot though, it seems like the driver is corrupt, because the driver on Xerox.com for Windows 8 and 10 is this one,
And when you view its properties from within a job or via Printing Preferences it looks like this
Which is clearly quite different than yours, and mine is identical in Windows 7 and Windows 10. I suppose it may juts be that you need the Xerox Print Experience App but I did not think it was necessary on this printer.
But the print of even and odd pages is an app dependant one, not provided by the print driver. Not all applications have it, but most that are designed for print do.
Like Adobe Reader/Adobe Acrobat
And MS Word
Leaving that aside though, firmware updates are enabled on the web interface by going to
Properties > Security > System Security > Feature Management > Firmware upgrade enable > Apply
Then you simply update the firmware

I have WorkCentre 3025 and I don't know how to find to option to print odd and even pages. And also I saw there's a firmware upgrade for this printer but don't know how to enable the firmware upgrade on printer or Web printer interface, my configuration page states firmware upgrade is disabled.
