The toner has a different melting point, so the fuser doesn't properly stick it to the page, it is still partially liquid, so it comes off the page onto the next roller in line, then the next page to come through picks it up off the roller.
In all likelihood, if you print a page and wait 5 minutes, the next page won't have the issue, because the roller dried, but in the case of doing that, eventually the roller will be damaged due to the abundant contamination.
End game is the same, the fuser isn't wrong, the toner is.
So, the problem isn't with the toner but with fusing ?
Just a guess, but an educated one.
The toner isn't to spec for the fuser and is not fusing properly to the page, as it goes through the printer the words literally lift off the page and stick to the rollers, the next page picks them back up.
Dearl all! I have problem with my 3045 Xerox. After first toner refill printing pages got really worse, shades of the text appear all over the page (see the attached photos). The guy who made the refill said that I should buy new original cartridge because mine was deffective or something like that. I doubt it because before this first refill printing was Ok. I will buy new one if this would resolve my problem but I'd like to be sure whether this is the actual problem. What do you think ?
Thank you in advance.
