Workcentre 5325 - Setting ssl

I am setting up some printers that are located at different sites.  The problem I am having is a soon as I enable ssl I lose the ability to connect to the printer through the web gui, this is happening at only one site so far.  Internet services are enabled.  I get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.  I treid both http and https to make sure.  The printer servers are not allowed to have any other browser besides IE...not my choice. 

I do have the same printer setup at a different site and have no problem connecting.

 

Also not sure if it is related, before the ssl was enabled and I enter through the web gui i was never prompt for a username or password so I could log on as admin.  I cannot figure how to get it prompt me to login for admin. 

 

Any help would be appreciated
