What exactly are you trying to convey with the all caps information that in no way relates to the issue of lines that happen on prints and copy, that would be caused by an issue with the Xeroxgraphic module/drum or Scorotron/corotron?
Drop the all caps, use coherent sentences and try solution 1 + 3 from here
