Hello, Im having problems with our workcentre 5735. We have a windows 2008 server where the printers are installed on. We use the global print driver PS. The printers are installed through a login script on the windows xp and windows 7 Clients. Every printer has its own tray setup for different kinds of paper. The problem is that windows XP clients take over the print setup perfectly, the trays are setup correct. With Windows 7 the setup is very weird, when the printers are installed on the client i open a print preference of one of the printers and it has no tray setup. Then when i click on cancel and click on printer preference again the tray is setup correctly. This messed up office and its prints on the wrong trays and with the wrong settings. We have tried deleting the printers and remaking them, we tried different drivers. We tried Global PC,PCL6,PS and the normal 5735 PCL,PCL6. Does anyone have an idea how we can solve this? kind regards, Niels
