also in the next week there will be a new firmware out, but will not be posted on the xerox site, also call xerox to obtain that one : 61.121.221.20901
Any help would be appreciated on this issue. Customer was having problems with machine falling off the network. I installed the latest General Release yesterday which should be fine. Xerox informed me to alt boot the machine. This is the error they are getting.
