Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you are printing from Adobe try selecting Print as Image.  If you are printing from another program then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Workcentre 5775 prints images in documents as black boxes.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Two different (not connected) locations started doing the same thing. Whenever a document is printed that has an image in it the image appears as a black box.

 

Most workstations are WInXP (SP3) in a MS Server 2003/2008 environment. Settings were not changed on the servers.

 

I tried updating the driver on the servers but same issue persists.

 

Suggestions?
